Mid-century modern armless lounge chair designed by John Stuart Clingman for John Widdicomb. This piece features its original woven fabric in a soft salmon tone with a classic button-tufted design. The sculptural spindle back gives the chair a beautiful silhouette, while the front legs are finished with elegant brass-capped feet.
The frame shows some light wear consistent with age, but overall the chair is in good vintage condition. Measures 24” wide, 24” deep, 40” tall, and 18” to the seat.
