Return and refund policy
Furniture
All furniture sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Heirloom Decor specializes in vintage and mid-century modern furniture. Each piece is unique and may show signs of age, wear, or patina consistent with its history. These characteristics are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including dimensions and condition details. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed all listing information and agree that the item is purchased as described.
If an item arrives with significant damage caused during transit, the customer must notify Heirloom Decor within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of both the item and its packaging. Transit-related claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are not guaranteed. In the rare event that a return is approved, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Heirloom Decor works with insured third-party freight and delivery partners to transport vintage and mid-century modern furniture. Delivery timelines may vary depending on item size, destination, and carrier scheduling.
Customers located in New England may experience shorter delivery times depending on routing and availability.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and delivery destination.
Heirloom Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an item has been released for shipment.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment or delivery. Orders may be refused or canceled at our discretion if payment authorization cannot be confirmed.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
