Furniture

All furniture sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Heirloom Decor specializes in vintage and mid-century modern furniture. Each piece is unique and may show signs of age, wear, or patina consistent with its history. These characteristics are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including dimensions and condition details. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed all listing information and agree that the item is purchased as described.

If an item arrives with significant damage caused during transit, the customer must notify Heirloom Decor within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of both the item and its packaging. Transit-related claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are not guaranteed. In the rare event that a return is approved, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Smaller Items & Home Décor

Returns for smaller items and home décor may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of return approval

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are refundable only for approved returns of smaller items and décor.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment or delivery scheduling.

Once an item has shipped or delivery has been scheduled, the order can no longer be canceled and will be governed by the Return Policy outlined above.

Customers are responsible for reviewing item details, measurements, and policies carefully before completing a purchase.

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase with Heirloom Decor, the customer agrees to this Shop Policy in full, including all shipping, return, and cancellation terms.
