Description

Overview

A set of six mid-century Danish modern Eva dining chairs designed by Niels Koefoed for Koefoeds Hornslet. Tall, elegant and comfortable, they bring warmth and height to a dining table and are hard to find as a full set of six. The price is for the set of six.

Design & Materials

The Eva chair is Koefoed's best-known dining design. Each chair is built in teak, with a tall back of vertical slats set within a softly curved frame, tapered legs and double side stretchers. The seats are upholstered in Kvadrat Hallingdal, a woven fabric of 70% wool and 30% viscose, in a light oatmeal tone. A Kvadrat fabric label and a "Made in Denmark" stamp are on the underside.

Condition Notes

Good vintage condition, with light surface scratches on the teak consistent with age and use. Please review all photos.
