A modernist stool designed by architect Mogens Lassen, made by cabinetmaker K. Thomsen. The seat is sculptured from teak with turned legs. This model was presented at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers Guild Exhibition at Design Museum, Denmark 1942. This early example is now one of the most iconic Danish designs, and is still in production today. This Model ML-42 is in good original vintage condition with normal wear consistent with age and use.
